EM, A&WMA's monthly magazine for environmental managers, explores a range of issues affecting the industry with timely, provocative articles and regular columns written by leaders in the field. EM also keeps readers abreast of important developments throughout the year with coverage of regulatory changes; EPA research; new technologies; market analyses; environment, health, and safety issues; new products; professional development opportunities; and more.

The mission of EM, A&WMA’s monthly member magazine, is to be an invaluable resource for environmental professionals, providing accurate, timely, interesting, and informative news, feature articles, regular columns, and opinion pieces related to air pollution, water pollution, and waste management. Where possible, EM strives to publish articles written by leaders in the private sector, government, and/or academia. EM supports A&WMA’s core purpose of “advancing the environmental profession by providing a neutral forum for knowledge exchange and networking.”
